Take a look and maybe this nifty site will help you get those A+’s! And while you’re studying, enjoy this delishhhhh treat on this side!

WARNING: it makes A LOT of popcorn (I covered three bags of popcorn with it!)
Ingredients:
1 cup of brown sugar
1/2 cup of butter
1 cup of corn syrup
1 can sweetened condensed milk
3 bags of unsalted no butter popcorn

Melt all the ingredients together in a saucepan (a pot works too!). Once boiling, stir constantly for two minutes and then pour immediately onto the popped popcorn. And voila! A delicious sweet study treat to help your stay motivated through those long hours of studying.
Have fun and good luck! ef

Do It Yourself Alert! Frame Gallery for your Room!

Hey all you crafty tenants! With the busy midterm and assignment season fast approaching we thought we’d give you some ideas to help you procrastinate! This fun DIY project can add a nice personal touch to your room and also be a helpful place to keep track of all that studying you SHOULD be doing.

Step 1: Stop by Michael’s, Wal-Mart, Value Village or really any place that sells funky frames (if you’re on a tighter budget I’m pretty sure the Dollarama has some!)
Step 2: If you aren’t a fan of the colour already, pick up some paint in a colour you like. Make sure you remove the glass and backing from the frame before painting though!
Step 3: Next you want to put a design or collage in the frame as a background for your soon to be whiteboard. We would recommend a simple lined piece of paper, maybe a scrapbooking page or even better…a fun collage of photos of friends, family and great memories!
Step 4: You’re almost done now! Put the glass back into the frame once it’s fully dried, place the backing of the frame back on with the background on it, grab a few white board markers and you’re set! Now you just need to figure out what you’ll write on it ;)

Have fun and don’t forget, there’s more treats on their way!
