110 University UPDATE

September 25th, 2012

Laundry is up and running! Parking should be done by Tuesday! Canada post just let us know that the mail should be setup for the 19th of September. If tenants have a package coming in, they can ship here and we can accept it here at the office. Blinds should be in end of next week and installed over the weekend. Everything should be done by the 25th at the latest, we will update as we get news. Thanks for your continued co-operation!

We have received your deficiency lists in these last 3 weeks - thank you! We have maintenance crews coming to the building tomorrow, Saturday Sept 22nd to begin and hopefully finish all touch ups, fixes, etc. Please know the crew will have keys and will be entering your unit to complete these lists. If studying was on your agenda for tomorrow, it might be wise to head to campus for less disruption. Crews will lock any doors that were locked upon arriving, and leave doors unlocked if that's how they were. Thank you so much for your co-operation.
