Tenant Insurance

All tenants at Domus are required to have renter's insurance. We are requesting proof of insurance as per our lease highlighted in Section 11 on page 6. We require a minimum liability of $2 million.

Domus Preferred Partnership:

We require all residents to maintain valid tenant insurance. Tenants without insurance are in breach of their Lease Agreement and may be liable for any damage to units and the building. Our preferred partner, APOLLO Insurance, provides a customized policy that meets our requirements and includes a 10% discount. Policies must be purchased within a 60-day window ahead of move-in.

Apollo Insurance and Covertrack will reach out to you directly within 60-30 days of your move-in date to purchase or upload an alternative insurance policy for proof of insurance. This is a requirement to move-in.
